Limited was established in India after partition at Delhi in 1948 with
its Registered Office address at 4162, Behind Indra Market, (Babu Baldev
Sahai Kohli Street), Subzi Mandi, Delhi - 110007 under the Companies
Act, 1913 vide Registration No. 1467 of 22nd Sept., 1948 with its main
object to manufacture quality sports goods in India. Before partition
of the Country, the unit was at Sialkot (now in Pakistan) with large
quantity of export of quality sports goods to various other parts of
the world and unit was also a leading importers of various raw-materials
for the production of sports goods in India.

and has full-time skilled craftmen in their factory and is managed by
highly motivated team of professionals under the policies of our Shri
Baldev Sahai Kohli Jee.
